I am a seasoned Learning Experience Designer with more than 12 years of practical experience in crafting and creating interactive courseware that truly engages learners. My design skills are specifically focused on Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Backward by Design, and employing the Design Thinking Process to empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test my courseware materials. I am highly skilled in Adult Learning theory and incorporate this expertise into all my projects.
Accomplishments
- I have an extensive technical communication, editing, and proofreading skill set, which has allowed me to successfully produce more than 50 documents across various disciplines.
- I have created content and modules for various CMS platforms such as Drupal, Joomla, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- I have developed over 40 E-Learning courses utilizing tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, and Canvas. In addition, I create assessments and associated assets such as graphics and audio when developing courseware.
- I have also implemented and managed Learning Management Systems (LMS) for over 500 end-users.
- I work closely with external vendors to identify curriculum needs and have even created and edited technical video media to enhance learner engagement.
- To ensure I stay up to date with the latest technology, I continuously research industry-leading tools and provide recommendations on how to improve existing course offerings.
